The coordinator will be responsible for directing content, shooting, editing, and posting on client social media accounts. Daily responsibilities include planning and directing social media content, capturing footage on-site using an i

Phone, editing short-form videos, identifying and recreating trending content, and uploading finalized content to platforms such as Instagram and Tik

Tok. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to execute content efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing strategies

• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing trends, platform behavior, and viral content formats

• Comfortable shooting content using an i

Phone and producing short-form videos for IG and TT

• Ability to lead and instruct a group during content shoots

• Confident initiating creative ideas and contributing to content direction, not just executing tasks

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

• Must be based in Virginia (preferably near Tysons, VA) and available for on-site work 3 days per week

• Gen Z Preferrably

• Must be available for a minimum 5-month commitment
