Our client, a rapidly growing online retailer, is looking for an innovative and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving online sales, enhancing brand presence, and optimizing the customer journey across all digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies, managing social media engagement, and leveraging data analytics to inform campaign performance and future initiatives. This is an on-site position that requires active participation and collaboration within the marketing team.This role is based in Montreal, Quebec, CA, and requires consistent on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty. Manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Oversee the content strategy and execution for social media platforms, fostering community engagement and brand advocacy. Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights. Identify opportunities for A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) on the website and landing pages. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing assets, including ad copy, visuals, and promotional materials. Stay current with e-commerce trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activities. Manage relationships with third-party marketing agencies and vendors as needed. Contribute to the overall e-commerce business strategy and product roadmap. Ensure brand consistency across all online touchpoints. Track and report on key marketing KPIs, providing regular performance updates to senior management. Develop and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth. Extensive experience with major digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO best practices. Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento). Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and community management. Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
