We are looking for a dynamic Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and basic HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on social media growth, campaigns, and people coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Marketing & Social Media
In, Instagram, Twitter/X, and You
Tube
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals
Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, short videos, basic creatives)
Write captions, ad copies, and basic marketing content
Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linked
In Ads)
Monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions)
Perform A/B testing on creatives and ad copies
Identify trends, viral content formats, and growth opportunities
Support lead generation campaigns and audience engagement
HR & People Coordination
Assist in screening candidates and scheduling interviews
Coordinate with candidates and internal team for hiring processes
Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-ups
Support onboarding coordination (sharing details, documentation follow-ups)
Help with basic employee engagement activities (remote team coordination, reminders, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing / Virtual Assistant roles
Basic exposure to HR/recruitment coordination is required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content creation
Basic understanding of paid ads and performance metrics
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup
Pay: ₹205,042.54 - ₹361,034.53 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai)
