Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Reports To: Managing Director (Initially); Marketing Head (Future Transition)Direct Reports: None (Potential For Future Team Expansion)Location: Vijayawada Corporate Office Employment Type: Full-time (On-roll)

Responsibilities

  • Digital Brand Engagement: Lead the Digital Presence for the brand, ensuring existing customers are engaged through digital platforms, primarily Whats

App, followed by Instagram, Facebook, and other social media. Will be responsible for taking the brand to the market in a professional and engaging manner.

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively reach out to potential audiences to generate leads for the distributor network. Own the entire process of converting leads into opportunities and customers, ensuring digital efforts translate into business growth.

  • Operational Reporting: Deliver comprehensive status updates on all digital activities, lead volume, and conversion metrics to the Managing Director on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Campaign Management: Support day-to-day digital marketing activities and execute campaigns to improve brand visibility. Coordinate the creation of content, including reels, videos, creatives, and basic blogs.

  • Platform Maintenance: Update and maintain website content for products and offers. Perform basic on-page SEO and coordinate technical updates. Assist in monitoring paid digital campaigns, tracking spends, and performance metrics.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the brand and the distributor network. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead updates and work closely with designers, agencies, or vendors to ensure execution tasks are completed without delays.

  • SOP & System Implementation: Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for digital lead management. Improve efficiency through the use of automation tools and digital systems.

Qualifications, Skills & Traits

Education: MBA Specialisation in Marketing is mandatory.

Experience:

2 to 3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or lead generation role. Technical Skills: High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is mandatory. Experience in lead generation, social media management, and customer conversion. Exposure to Meta Business Suite, Whats

App Business API, and CRM software Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools. Strong execution mindset and high attention to detail. High ownership and accountability for lead conversion targets. Excellent coordination and communication skills to act as a bridge between the brand and the customer.

Working Conditions

Work Model: On-site (Vijayawada Corporate Office). Number of Working Days: 6 days per week. Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PMHoliday: Sundays.

Travel:

No travel required; role is 100% office-based.

Success Metrics (Year 1):

Accuracy:

Achieve 90% accuracy across all lead tracking and conversion reporting. Lead Generation: Consistently meet monthly lead targets for the distributor network. Task Efficiency: Maintain a clear log of digital postings and lead follow-ups to ensure zero backlog. Career Progression: Digital Marketing Executive → Senior Digital Marketing Executive (1 to 2 Years) → Digital Marketing Manager (4 to 5 Years)

Compensation

CTC: 2.5 to ₹3.0 Lacs per annum Probation Period: 6 months (confirmed as a permanent employee upon successful completion).

You ensure the bridge is always open, easy to find, and leads the customer safely to their destination, ensuring no one gets lost along the way.

Pay: ₹9,874.25 - ₹30,000.00 per month
