The Senior Manager – Performance Marketing will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing initiatives across multiple e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong strategic and analytical mindset to drive sustainable business growth, maximize ROI, and scale high-value product portfolios. The role will manage a Marketing Executive to support campaign execution and performance reporting across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy (Critical)
- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and performance benchmarks to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Support go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches.
- Drive growth initiatives for premium and high-AOV products across digital marketplaces.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Own, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Jio, and similar channels.
- Ensure campaigns are consistent with brand guidelines and aligned with broader marketing goals.
Analytics & Reporting (Critical)
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Create and present detailed performance reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders, highlighting ROI and key business metrics.
Budget Ownership (Critical)
- Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize returns.
- Track spends closely and ensure campaigns remain within approved budgets with clear utilization reporting.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative and content teams to develop compelling creatives and high-performing messaging.
- Collaborate with SEO, social media, CRM, and other marketing teams to ensure integrated, consistent execution across channels.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Stay updated on emerging performance marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Continuous Optimization (Critical)
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Leverage data-driven insights to improve conversion rates, enhance efficiency, and reduce customer acquisition costs.
