Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

A Lead Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns, managing teams, and ensuring growth across paid channels.

  1. Strategic Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across channels (search, social, display, programmatic).

  • Align campaigns with overall business objectives, revenue goals, and brand strategy.

  • Monitor marketing KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.

  1. Execution & Optimization:
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Tik

In, You

Tube, and programmatic platforms.

  • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and performance reporting.

  • Run A/B tests, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analysis.

  • Ensure tracking is accurate via Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTM tracking, and analytics platforms.

  1. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 310 performance marketers.

  • Coordinate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to improve campaign performance.

  • Report campaign results and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

  1. Innovation & Tools:
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, including AI-driven ad optimization.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, scaling, and cross-channel synergy.

Preferred candidate profile:
1.

Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or media buying.

  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth via paid channels.

  • Experience managing a small to mid-sized marketing team.

  1. Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Economics.

  • Preferred: MBA or Masters in Marketing/Analytics (optional but a plus).

  • Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, GA4, Hub

Spot, and programmatic advertising.

  1. Skills & Competencies:
  • Deep knowledge of paid media platforms and analytics tools.

  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to extract actionable insights.

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with UAE or MENA market campaigns is a plus.

  • Innovative and adaptable in fast-changing digital environments.

  • Team-oriented with strong mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
