Building the Performance Engine Behind a National Brand
We are seeking a high-level Performance Marketing / PPC operator to help architect and scale a multi-location lead generation engine.
This is not a “manage some ad accounts” role.
This is a strategic and hands-on position responsible for building the performance infrastructure behind a growing national brand.
What You’ll Own
Architect, launch, and scale Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns across dozens of markets
Drive qualified lead generation, with a focus on revenue—not just volume
Build and optimize multi-location campaign structures that scale efficiently
Develop attribution models across GA4, CRM systems, and Hub
Spot
Translate performance data into actionable growth strategies
Replace fragmented agency workflows with streamlined, in-house systems
Continuously test, iterate, and optimize for cost efficiency and ROI
What We’re Looking For
Deep expertise in Google Ads and Local Services Ads at scale
Proven experience in multi-location or franchise marketing environments
Strong understanding of lead quality, attribution, and revenue tracking
Hands-on experience with GA4, CRM integrations, and Hub
Spot reporting
Ideal Background
Home services, luxury services, franchise systems, or high-ticket lead generation

Strategic thinker who can also execute at a high level
Experience bringing performance marketing in-house from agency environments
Highly analytical, data-driven decision maker
