We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own outcomes, not just tasks.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution oversight, and client communication. You will be responsible for translating business goals into marketing plans, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, and maintaining strong, proactive relationships with clients.
You should be comfortable leading conversations, managing expectations, and driving results across multiple channels and team members.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead client communication, including onboarding, strategy calls, and ongoing performance discussions
Translate client goals into clear marketing strategies and actionable plans
Oversee campaign execution across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, ensuring alignment with KPIs
Collaborate with internal specialists (SEO, paid ads, web) to ensure work is delivered effectively
Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous optimization
Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients regarding progress, results, and next steps
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong understanding of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into strategic decisions
Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Fluent or proficient English (written and verbal)

Campaigns are aligned with clear goals and consistently optimized
Performance meets or exceeds defined KPIs
Communication is proactive, structured, and reliable

Compensation & Growth
This role starts at $3,200 USD per month, depending on experience and demonstrated capability.
You will initially support existing client accounts while learning internal systems and processes. As your performance and confidence grow, you will take on full ownership of accounts and strategy.
Performance is evaluated based on:
Client retention and satisfaction
Campaign performance relative to KPIs
Quality and consistency of communication
Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
Ownership and proactive problem-solving
Strong performers will have opportunities to manage more accounts, increase responsibility, and grow into senior or leadership roles within the team.

This role includes a 60-day trial period to ensure mutual fit

You will be expected to proactively communicate updates, challenges, and next steps
Some overlap with North American business hours is required
