Our client, a prominent retail brand, is looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead their e-commerce growth initiatives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, specifically within the e-commerce vertical. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical skillset, creative thinking, and a proven ability to manage complex campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and content marketing to drive e-commerce sales and revenue. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to ensure maximum ROI and efficient spend. Oversee the SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to nurture leads and drive conversions. Manage social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and paid social campaigns. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the web development and UX/UI teams to optimize the website for conversion and user experience. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists. Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed. Prepare regular performance reports for senior management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years focused on e-commerce growth. Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub

Spot), and SEO tools. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities. Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
