We are looking for a creative, proactive, and tech-savvy Junior Digital Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, content creation, and customer engagement.
Fresh graduates / Interns with a strong interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any relevant field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Prior experience in retail or e-commerce (Site
Giant, Shopee, Easystore), retails, marketing and sales is an advantage.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, 剪映 or basic content creation tools is a plus.
Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation.
Possess photo and creative video shooting skills.
Proactive, explorer, fun, organised, responsible, and able to multitask.
Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms and social media accounts, ensuring product listings, pricing, and content are accurate and up to date.
Take ownership of online sales channels, including managing product uploads, promotions, and participating in live selling sessions when required.
Create engaging digital content including photos, videos, and captions for social media and marketing campaigns. With proven result is an added advantage.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and drive online and in-store sales.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics, and optimise campaigns accordingly. With proven result is an added advantage.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and paid advertising.
Create engaging content (ads, emails, social posts) aligned with brand voice.
Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies for maximum ROI, ROAS, etc.
Manage budgets, track KPIs, and conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns.
Proactively engage with customers to boost foot traffic and sale.
Engage with customers by responding to online inquiries and messages, providing professional customer service.
Process, pack, and coordinate online orders for delivery.
Assist management with marketing initiatives, campaigns, and special projects.
Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm (and alternate Saturdays).
