Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 4-5 years in D2C

Key Responsibilities:
Tube, and Affiliates.
Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, pacing, and ROAS-driven outcomes.
Build and optimize acquisition funnels for the D2C website, including landing pages, content, audiences, and retargeting.
Collaborate closely with creative, content, and brand teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Create A/B tests for messaging, audience, and creative variations; track learning outcomes.
Analyze campaign data to generate weekly/monthly insights and performance improvements.
Reduce CAC and increase ROAS through experimentation, retention loops, and remarketing.
Track key metrics: CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, AOV, RCR, and repeat purchases.
Collaborate with marketplace teams (Amazon/Flipkart/Nykaa) to improve paid visibility and performance.
Explore emerging performance channels, including influencer-driven performance, affiliates, and UGC.
4-6 years of experience in D2C/Performance marketing (Beauty, FMCG, or Consumer brands preferred).
Strong obsession with metrics, dashboards, and campaign ROAS.
Ability to scale budgets without compromising profitability.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Klaviyo/SMS channels.
Passion for experimenting, testing hypotheses, and optimizing funnels.
