We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who will own and scale paid growth across D2C and marketplace channels and contribute to organic growth through SEO.
This role requires a business-first mindset with comfort using modern tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to accelerate analysis, optimisation, and reporting. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, data-driven, and capable of managing performance marketing initiatives end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:-
Paid Performance Marketing:-
Manage and optimise paid campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Programmatic and discovery platforms (You
Tube Ads, native ads, DV360, etc.)
Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including:
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Revenue growth
Budget efficiency
Search Engine Optimization:
Plan and execute SEO initiatives, including:
Keyword research for products, categories, and content
On-page SEO optimisation
Search intent mapping and content alignment
Data, tool, and Optimization
Use AI and analytics tools for:
Campaign performance analysis
Keyword clustering and research
Reporting automation and insight generation
Build dashboards and review campaign performance regularly
Run structured tests to improve campaign outcomes
Collaboration
Work closely with the creative, website, and marketplace teams
Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business objectives
Support cross-functional initiatives to improve growth and efficiency
Skills and Experience:-
3–5 years of performance marketing experience
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
Experience managing marketplace advertising campaigns
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
Comfort using AI tools for research, optimisation, and productivity
Strong analytical thinking and execution capability
Experience in the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industry is preferred
