Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth through paid digital channels. The ideal candidate understands local lead generation, high-ticket sales funnels, and B2B/B2C audience targeting.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, You
Tube)
Generate qualified leads for:
Homeowners (B2C)
Builders, architects, contractors (B2B)
Optimize campaigns for:
Cost per Lead (CPL)
Lead quality & conversion to site visits / sales
Run location-based and hyperlocal campaigns targeting specific cities/projects
Create and test ad creatives (images, videos, ad copies) tailored for high-ticket products
Work closely with sales team to:
Improve lead quality
Understand conversion feedback
Set up and manage:
Conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel)
CRM integrations (if applicable)
Perform A/B testing on:
Creatives
Landing pages
Target audiences
Analyze campaign data and share weekly/monthly performance reports
Continuously scale successful campaigns and reduce acquisition costs
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in performance marketing (lead generation focused)
Strong hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads (Search is critical)
Experience in real estate, construction, interiors, or high-ticket products is a big plus
Strong understanding of:
Lead funnels
Attribution & tracking
Local targeting strategies
Ability to manage budgets and optimize for ROI
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
