Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Kochi. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy to achieve growth objectives. Daily tasks include managing online advertising campaigns, tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, optimizing ROI, creating targeted marketing strategies, and managing social media and digital advertising platforms. The role also involves frequent collaboration with the content and design teams to execute high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing Strategy, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

• Proficiency in Social Media Advertising Platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads

• Strong knowledge of Analytics Tools including Google Analytics, A/B Testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Skills in Copywriting and Content Creation to develop engaging and action-driven campaigns

• Proven ability to analyze data, identify actionable insights, and implement data-driven solutions

• Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Experience in Ed

Tech or technology-focused industries is an advantage
