What you’ll do Build and execute brand-wise performance marketing strategies across categories Plan and optimize full-funnel campaigns - from awareness to conversion and re-engagement Run and scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms Develop insight-led acquisition and discovery strategies based on market behavior and buying patterns Create customer-centric, personalized retargeting journeys to improve conversion rates Manage and optimize ad budgets to drive maximum ROI and efficiency Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and continuously optimize for better outcomes Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with funnel performance Build structured reports and dashboards to give clear visibility on performance, learnings, and next steps Experiment with new-age performance channels and answer-engine driven strategies What we’re looking for 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads ecosystem Solid understanding of funnel-based marketing and attribution models Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions Solid coordination skills to work across teams (creative, brand, operations) Someone who enjoys testing, learning, and scaling what works
