SEO Executive (1-2 years Exp.)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven SEO & Social Media Executive with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in improving website rankings, managing social media platforms, and driving organic growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, content marketing, and social media engagement.

SEO Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines (On-page SEO)

• Handle off-page SEO activities including link building, directory submissions, and outreach

• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for implementation

• Improve website rankings, traffic, and conversion rates

• Track and report SEO performance metrics regularly

• Social Media Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked

In, Twitter, etc.)

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars

• Create engaging posts, captions, and hashtags aligned with brand voice

• Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Linked

In Ads, etc.) for lead generation and awareness

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly

• Engage with audience, respond to comments/messages, and build community

• Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes

• Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)

• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends

• Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads is a plus)

• Content writing and optimization skills

• Familiarity with Word

Press or CMS platforms

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field

• Certifications in SEO/Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience in healthcare/agency industry is a plus

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Job Timing : 10am to 6pm
