Senior Digital Growth & SEO Strategist - Luxury Fertility & Concierge Brand | Beverly Hills

IMA ART Fertility is seeking a highly capable (onsite preferred) Digital Growth & SEO Strategist to take ownership of the technical growth, search visibility, website performance, and digital authority of our brand.

This is not a junior or mid-level marketing role.

We are looking for an individual who already possesses strong real-world experience in technical SEO, website architecture, search optimization, UX/UI awareness, digital authority building, paid social strategy, and modern AI-assisted marketing workflows.

IMA ART Fertility operates within a highly specialized private-client environment serving discerning intended parents through bespoke fertility and surrogacy solutions. Our brand positioning aligns more closely with luxury concierge and private client services than traditional mass-market marketing models.

The ideal candidate understands how to build digital authority, improve search visibility, optimize user experience, and create scalable growth systems while maintaining a refined and sophisticated brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management & Technical SEO

• Manage and optimize the IMA ART Fertility WIX Studio website

• Oversee both front-end and backend website performance

• Improve technical SEO, crawlability, indexing, internal linking, and site structure

• Optimize page architecture, semantic hierarchy, metadata, and content organization

• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and mobile usability

• Ensure pages are properly structured for both users and search engines

• Identify technical SEO weaknesses and implement improvements proactively
  Search Visibility & Authority Building

• Develop and execute long-term SEO growth strategies

• Improve organic rankings, search visibility, and topical authority

• Assist with backlink and digital publication strategies

• Evaluate external publication opportunities from both SEO and authority perspectives

• Monitor Google Search Console, analytics, indexing, and keyword performance

• Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities
  Paid & Organic Social Media Oversight

• Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on surrogate recruitment

• Support organic social media growth across Instagram, Facebook, Linked

In, Medium, and Google Business

• Understand audience targeting, conversion optimization, and campaign performance metrics
  UX/UI & Conversion Optimization

• Improve website UX/UI and conversion pathways

• Understand digital behavior patterns for affluent and private-client audiences

• Optimize website layouts, page flow, engagement, and conversion performance
  AI-Assisted Marketing Operations

• Utilize AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude efficiently within marketing workflows

• Collaborate closely with the co-founders on brand direction, positioning, and content refinement
  Required Experience & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with technical SEO and website optimization

• Demonstrated experience managing and improving website search performance

• Experience with WIX Studio strongly preferred

• Understanding of website architecture, semantic SEO, crawlability, and indexing

• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO research tools

• Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns

• Strong understanding of backlink strategy and digital authority building

• Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization

• Ability to work independently and strategically

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable operating within a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  Preferred Experience

• Experience working with luxury, concierge, private-client, wellness, healthcare, or UHNW-focused brands

• Experience evaluating digital publications and editorial SEO opportunities

• Understanding of AI-assisted content and marketing workflows

• Experience with long-form SEO content strategy
