About the Role
We are seeking a result-oriented Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SEO, SMO, PPC, and digital marketing tools to drive lead generation and brand visibility for our IT services/products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on execution experience (not just managerial) and a proven track record of scaling demand-generation campaigns for IT companies.

Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
Manage technical SEO audits, backlink strategies, and website optimization.
Social Media Optimization (SMO) & Content Marketing:
Build and execute campaigns across Linked
In, Twitter, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
Work closely with content teams to create engaging posts, case studies, and blogs tailored for IT audiences.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Media
Run and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Linked
In Ads, and other relevant channels.
Track ROI, manage ad budgets, and scale high-performing campaigns.
Lead Generation & Marketing Automation:
Develop and implement demand-generation strategies to deliver qualified B2B leads for sales teams.
Use tools like Hub
Spot, Marketo, Zoho, or similar for campaign management and nurturing.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Create weekly/monthly dashboards with insights and actionable recommendations.
Innovation & New Marketing Tools:
Stay ahead of digital trends by testing new tools, AI-driven marketing solutions, and automation platforms.
Recommend and implement strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Work cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams.
Mentor junior digital marketers and ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Requirements
Proven hands-on experience (5+ years) in SEO, SMO, and PPC within the IT industry.
Demonstrated success in generating high-quality B2B leads through digital channels.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Linked
In Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead nurturing workflows.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to align strategies with stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
