Paid Media Strategist
Our client, in the home-improvement space, is seeking a strategic and data-driven Paid Media Strategist to create & own our brand’s paid media strategy and translate those skills into real business growth. This role reports to the Vice President, Performance Marketing, and plays a key role in delivering qualified leads to over 300 franchise locations across North America.
The Paid Media Strategist will:
Design the media strategy to support scaling from $250M to $1B in revenue.
Manage agency relationships, establish measurement frameworks, and ensure effective budget utilization.
Collaborate across teams to optimize landing pages, improve conversion, and align media efforts with business goals.
Build and refine measurement tools to track performance and translate data into insights.
Drive digital lead generation and ROI improvements.
Plan for in-house media transition, including skill development and infrastructure.
Ideal candidates will have:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
Proven digital marketing experience across multiple paid platforms, managing significant budgets.
Technical proficiency with analytics and BI tools.
Strong analytical, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
Additional details include:
Location: On-site in Peachtree Corners, GA.
Compensation: Base salary plus bonus, dependent on experience.
