Paid Social Media Supervisor

Our client, a well-established agency is seeking a Paid Social Media Supervisor across key client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a strong focus on leading paid social campaigns end-to-end while partnering closely with clients and internal teams.

This is a good fit for someone who’s hands-on in paid social but also wants to step further into strategy, client interaction, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day lead on paid social campaigns, from planning through execution and optimization

• Translate broader marketing goals into clear, actionable paid social strategies across platforms

• Oversee campaign setup, trafficking coordination, pacing, and performance monitoring

• Manage the workflow across campaigns including planning, activation, optimizations, and post-campaign reporting

• Partner with cross-functional teams across strategy, investment, and activation to develop media plans and respond to client needs

• Identify new opportunities, platforms, and approaches to improve performance and bring fresh thinking to campaigns

• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and emerging capabilities within paid social

• Play a role in client communication, helping present recommendations and performance insights

• Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables

Requirements

• 5+ years of paid media experience, with a strong focus on paid social

• Hands-on experience across major platforms (Meta, Tik

Tok, Linked

In, etc.)

• Experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting

• Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations

• Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and contribute in client-facing settings

• Someone who’s proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
