The Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Paid Media Manager to take ownership of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns within a fast-paced ticket sales environment.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns to drive ticket revenue, maximise ROI, and scale performance.

Monitor performance, analyse data, and implement improvements to maximise ROI
Manage budgets effectively across multiple campaigns and events
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, partnerships) to align messaging and campaigns
Test and scale new channels, audiences, and campaign strategies
Report on performance with clear insights and recommendations
Requirements
Proven experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
Strong commercial focus with a track record of driving revenue or conversions
Experience working in ticket sales, events, entertainment, or a fast-paced e
Commerce environment is highly desirable
Confident with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
