I’m working with a well-established financial services organisation based in Cheshire that’s looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to support across performance channels.

This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment where you’ll take ownership of paid campaigns, optimise performance, and drive measurable growth.
What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and optimising campaigns across Meta, Google & paid social/search

• Driving performance through data-led decisions and testing

• Working closely with internal marketing teams to deliver against key KPIs

• Identifying opportunities to improve ROI and scale activity

What they’re looking for:

• Strong experience across paid social and/or paid search

• Confident working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Able to hit the ground running and work autonomously

• Experience within financial services is a bonus (not essential)

The details:

• £350 per day

• Outside IR35

• Cheshire-based (hybrid working)

• Immediate/ASAP start
