We have an urgent requirement for a Digital Marketing Specialist for our client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Requirements

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, and social media marketing.
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik

Tok Ads, and analytics tools.
Experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or ecommerce.
Experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.

Role Summary
The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will support and lead key digital initiatives across performance marketing, social media, e‑commerce growth, and customer engagement. This role works closely with marketing, creative, CRM, and agency partners to execute high‑impact digital campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility across all online and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Assist in developing and executing digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions for both instore and e‑commerce platforms.
Execute digital campaigns for promotions, product launches, and seasonal events.

Commerce & Online Growth

Support strategies to grow online sales and improve customer retention.
Coordinate with UX/UI and web teams to enhance website performance and user experience.
Manage SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns to increase visibility and sales.

Offline Digital Marketing & In‑Store Promotions

Execute digital initiatives to boost instore footfall (SMS campaigns, geotargeted ads, etc.).
Integrate digital touchpoints into offline customer journeys (QR codes, kiosks, digital screens).
Use analytics to understand customer behavior and support personalized marketing.

Social Media & Content Management

Manage social media calendars, content planning, and daily posting.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and agencies for campaigns.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROI, and ROAS.
Optimize budgets and digital channels for maximum efficiency.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other dashboards for reporting.

Customer Engagement & CRM

Work with CRM teams to support loyalty and retention initiatives.
Execute personalized email and SMS campaigns.
Use marketing automation tools to streamline communication workflows.

Partnerships & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with digital agencies, media partners, and technology vendors.
Track deliverables, performance, and ensure ROI on digital spends.
Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or e‑commerce.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
English required; Arabic preferred.
