Develop and implement innovative and effective paid media campaigns that align with Mc

Kinsey & Company's overall communication strategy
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences and inform media strategy
Manage and optimize paid media budget to maximize ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all media channels
Monitor and track media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Build and maintain relationships with media partners and negotiate competitive rates
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and engaging ad content
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new and emerging media platforms for maximum impact
Act as a subject matter expert for all things related to paid media, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders
Contribute to the overall success of the communications team by sharing insights and collaborating on projects.
