About the Role

We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to lead our performance marketing strategy and drive meaningful results across Corsair's portfolio of brands. This role is based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA, and offers the opportunity to own comprehensive paid social campaigns that directly impact customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll build and execute paid social strategies that reach customers across multiple markets. This means launching, monitoring, and optimizing full-funnel campaigns—from awareness through engagement to conversion—across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik. Tok, Reddit, and other social channels. You'll own the campaign KPIs that matter most, including ROAS, CPA, LTV, and scale targets, ensuring every dollar spent drives measurable impact.

Creative collaboration is central to this work. You'll partner closely with the creative team to brief, test, and refine high-performing ad creatives. Using structured testing and insights, you'll inform creative strategy and drive innovation across campaigns. When it comes to targeting, you'll leverage first- and third-party data, custom audiences, lookalikes, and platform-native tools to reach the right audience at the right time.

Data analysis and reporting are equally important. You'll dive deep into performance data to extract insights and identify optimization opportunities, producing weekly and monthly reporting decks that tell a compelling story and drive action. You'll also stay ahead of platform evolution—testing emerging ad formats, exploring platform betas, monitoring algorithm changes, and keeping current with evolving best practices.

Budget management is another key responsibility. You'll help manage paid media budgets while ensuring efficient allocation by market and channel, supporting forecasting efforts that keep spending aligned with strategic goals.

What We're Looking For

You'll bring 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience running and scaling paid social campaigns in a D2C e. Commerce environment. You've demonstrated success managing ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik. Tok, and/or Reddit, and you have experience managing campaigns across multiple brands, ideally within a global or multi-regional setup.

Your analytical skills are sharp—you have a command of key metrics like ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, CVR, and LTV, and you're comfortable navigating large datasets and A/B test results to make data-backed decisions. You bring excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and keep campaigns running smoothly. Above all, you have a genuine passion for performance marketing, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Compensation and Location

The starting base pay for this position is $75,000–$95,000 USD annually. The actual base pay depends on factors including professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, and market demand, so in some circumstances the actual salary could fall outside this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
