Role/ Job Title: Principal - Growth Manager - HPE

Job Purpose:
The role holder will be responsible for end-to-end design, management, and execution of digital marketing strategy for Debt Management. This role holder is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our debt recovery process, optimize campaigns performance, and drive overall debt management growth through digital channels. This role will invest in maximizing the return of investment in digital campaigns and ensuring their effectiveness; will coordinate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure design and delivery of campaigns geared towards driving business outcomes
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and implement growth strategies and enhance efficiency of debt management process through digital channels
Manage digital marketing objectives for the debt management, working with Agile Campaign Teams to drive growth, responsible for lead generation and business outcomes such as revenues and profits
Accountable for driving revenue targets for the debt management business.
Develop deep understanding of product and propose relevant cross-channel journeys based on experience, inputs of stakeholders and benchmarks
Define audiences/segments based on analytics to deliver personalized offers, content and conversations
Lead a team of growth managers and provide mentorship to deliver the campaigns and achieve targets
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms & extract key insights for future digital campaign development and go-to-market strategies
Monitor campaign performance regularly and take calls modifying digital marketing journeys; share performance reports periodically with the senior leaders
Conduct market research and identify the suitable trends to enhance campaign performance
Secondary Responsibilities:
Expert in problem solving skills & Positive attitude
Understand the Business Portfolio target & able to plan marketing strategy & plan execution with stakeholders
Optimized customer journey (CRO) on digital platform / assisted journey
Bureau data understanding & utilize the same in digital marketing
Basic Financial Product Knowledge
Expert in sales lead management / lead lifecycle
Knowledge to handle both existing & new customer marketing strategy
Comfortable to work in Agile team with incremental RoI strategy
Basic knowledge of Data Analytics & Statistics (From marketing perspective)
Functional Area:
Proven track records of scaling business and bringing growth via digital campaigns
Familiarity with leading marketing tools such as clever tap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Demonstrated ability to work proactively to understand business needs, deliverables and key objectives
Ability to independently lead, communicate and collaborate with multiple business partners and work effectively with global teams
Comfortable operating in an Agile environment.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor of Technology – B.Tech, Bachelor of Computer Applications - BCA, Bachelor of Engineering - BE, Bachelor of Science - B.Sc.
Post-graduation: Master of Technology – MTech, Master of Computer Applications - MCA, Master of Business Administration - MBA, Master of Science - M.Sc.
8 -12 years' experience with integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns.
