Key Responsibilities

Growth at Affiniti operates without ego. If your outreach generates interest and no one from sales is available, you're expected to step in, pick up the phone, and close the deal. If you're not willing to dial and have the conversation, this role isn't the right fit. A "do whatever it takes" mentality is essential. You're comfortable wearing many hats. One week might involve product marketing for a new launch, while another could focus on building outbound infrastructure for a new channel. This is an unstructured role that requires doing whatever it takes to drive growth. You are data-driven. For example, you approach email like a science: testing everything from subject line length to footer spacing. Marketing decisions here are grounded in data, not guesswork. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding the platform's customer base. You will partner with the rest of the growth team to consistently deliver at least 40% month-over-month revenue growth and customers on platform. Develop and execute growth experiments within budget across a variety of channels: lead generation, email campaigns and sequences, direct mail, paid ads, conferences, association marketing, and more. You'll have full autonomy to test, iterate, and aggressively scale what works to drive exponential growth. You will carry a quota and be held accountable for outcomes. We take performance and ownership seriously. Own experiments end to end: creating collateral and copy, generating leads lists, building the engine or sequence, and executing to completion. We don't wait on others, we push the boat ourselves. You are an expert in growth systems, including CRM management, advanced A/B testing, complex marketing setups across ads, email, growth analytics, and other channels. Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle growth role, with demonstrated strength in lead generation, experimentation, and closing. You are fluent technically, with experience setting up analytics (e.g., GA), building automated email systems, managing advanced marketing workflows, and more. You have experience creating high-quality collateral (Canva, Figma, etc.) and a proven ability to write exceptionally well. Demonstrated success in scaling revenue for a product into the multieight-figure range. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience at an early stage hypergrowth startup. Spot), spreadsheets, and BI dashboards (Tableau) Experience selling into SMB owners or non-tech buyer personas strongly preferred A high ownership, do what it takes mentality, that doesn't see a job as "just a job"
