Engage, and omnichannel growth hacks.

What You’ll Do

• Google Ads:

• Run Search, Display & Shopping campaigns.

• Optimize for clicks, conversions & ROAS.

• Meta/Instagram Ads:

• Set up & monitor campaigns across Meta platforms.

• Master creatives, targeting, and audience funnels.

• Analytics & Tracking (GA-4 + Advanced Tools):

• Hands-on with Google Analytics 4, GTM, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Web

Engage.

• Build dashboards, track user behavior, and convert data into actionable insights.

• Omnichannel Exposure:

• Drive SEO, Email Marketing, UGC Ads & Influencer collabs.

• Execute SKU-specific campaigns (e.g., Tension Fabrics, Media Walls, Light Boxes).

• Experimentation & Growth Hacks:

• Lead A/B testing, retargeting, and CRO strategies.

• Leverage Web

Engage for personalized journeys and Mixpanel/Amplitude for funnel optimization.

Who You Are

• A digital-first thinker—curious, creative, and analytical.

• Experience or strong interest in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA-4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Web

Engage.

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields.

• Hungry to learn, experiment & grow into a full-stack growth marketer.
