Out powers India's most loved venues and nightlife experiences across 17 cities. Our venues come from three worlds we love deeply. Black is nightlife. White is fine dining. Grey is events and experiences.
We are building infrastructure inside venues and intelligence on the consumer, so going out becomes simpler, smarter, and more alive. Live For Real is not a tagline for us. It is the reason we wake up.

The Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager to join our team in Pune. Your job is to walk into partner venues, understand where they are stuck, and help them grow with Zill
Out.
This is not a desk role. You will spend most of your week on the ground in Pune, sitting with venue owners, training their staff, and making sure Zill
Out is genuinely moving the needle for them.
What you will do
Manage a book of existing Pune venue partners
Drive upgrades, upsells, and product adoption
Run monthly business reviews with venue owners and managers
Train front-of-house staff on Zill
Out tools
Catch churn risks early and fix them before they become problems
Work closely with ops, product, and support to solve on-ground issues fast
What you will be measured on
Monthly upgrade and upsell revenue from your accounts
Retention and churn numbers
Product adoption across the venues you own
Quality of relationships, measured by referrals from your venues
Who we are looking for
1 to 4 years in account management, retention, client success, or B2B sales
Strong communication and problem-solving instincts
Comfortable being on the road every day
Loves food, drinks, and nightlife, or picks it up fast
Takes targets personally and cares about outcomes
Prior experience in the Horeca Industry
