You won’t inherit a system. You’ll build it.
From webinars to roundtables, from Linked
In content to direct outreach—you own the calendar, the audience, and the outcomes .

What You’ll Own
- Advisor Engagement Engine (Core Responsibility)
- Plan and execute high-impact engagement formats:
- Webinars
- Brown bags & lunch-and-learns
- Branch visits
- Regional roundtables
- Conferences & closed-door sessions
- Own the entire lifecycle :
- Topic → Speaker → Audience → Attendance → Follow-ups → Pipeline
- Drive consistent attendance and repeat participation
- Pipeline-Driven Demand Generation
- Build a repeatable pipeline engine for mortgage and lending products
- Align every activity to:
- Advisor activation
- Deal creation
- Loan applications
- Track and optimize for conversion, not just participation
- Content & Distribution (Built from Scratch)
- Create and distribute:
- Linked
In content (posts, carousels, POVs)
- Educational content for RIAs (mortgage strategies, SBLOC use cases, etc.)
- Event-led content (pre/post/event amplification)
- Build distribution loops :
- Content → Event → Conversation → Deal → Content
- Experiment with:
- Thought leadership
- Community building
- Co-marketing with partners
- Advisor Activation & Segmentation
- Systematically activate UPM’s RIA network
- Build a segmented outreach plan :
- Who gets a call
- Who gets an event invite
- Who gets a 1:1 interaction
- Create and execute a 90-day activation playbook
- Drive deeper engagement with top advisors
- Follow-ups That Convert
- Own post-event and post-touchpoint follow-ups:
- Personalized outreach
- Nurture sequences
- Sales handoffs
- Work closely with sales to ensure:
- No lead drops
- Faster conversion cycles
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- 3–5 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth roles
- Experience working with high-consideration products (financial services, SaaS, consulting, etc.)
- Robust ownership mindset—you can build and execute without dependencies
- Excellent communication skills (you will write, host, and present)
- Experience driving events, webinars, or community-led growth
Good-to-Have
- Experience working with RIAs, wealth managers, or financial advisors
- Understanding of mortgages, lending products, or capital markets
- Familiarity with Linked
In-led growth and personal branding
- Experience in early-stage or zero-to-one environments
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- A clear advisor segmentation and activation plan in place
- Consistent calendar of events and engagement programs
- Measurable increase in:
- Active advisors
- Event attendance
- Pipeline generated
- A functioning content + distribution engine
- Strong alignment with sales on follow-ups and conversions
