Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead B2B sales and investor acquisition for our real estate and construction projects. The role involves identifying, pitching, and closing high-value deals with HNI investors, investment firms, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities

  • Pitch real estate projects to HNI investors, investment companies, and corporate clients

  • Build and maintain long-term investor relationships

  • Present project proposals with financial clarity and confidence

  • Conduct meetings, site visits, and investor presentations

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management

  • Travel as required for business development

  • Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 7+ years experience in B2B sales (Real estate preferred)

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent negotiation and networking ability

  • Strong understanding of real estate projects and financial metrics

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

  • Willingness to travel extensively

  • Preferred Experience

  • Experience dealing with HNI clients and private investors

  • Strong local and regional investor network

  • MBA in Marketing / Business (Preferred but not mandatory)
