Content manager and editor

📍 Houston, TX (In-House / On-Site Only)

We’re hiring a full-time Channel Manager & Editor to live and work in-house at our gaming house in Houston, Texas. This role is for someone who lives and breathes gaming content and wants to be hands-on with professional gamers and streamers every day.

You will be responsible for ideating, filming, editing, executing, and managing content across multiple platforms for our esports players and creators.

Responsibilities

Ideate high-performing content for You

Tube, Tik

Tok, Shorts, Twitter/X, and Instagram

Film daily content inside the gaming house (IRL + gameplay + challenges)

Edit short-form and long-form content at a high level

Manage and optimize creator channels (titles, thumbnails, posting cadence, analytics)

Work directly with players to build personal brands and grow audiences

Coordinate content schedules and ensure consistent daily output

Stay ahead of trends in gaming, esports, and social media

Requirements

Proven experience editing gaming content (short-form + long-form)

Strong understanding of You

Tube, Tik

Tok, and algorithm-driven growth

Comfortable being on-site, filming creators, and working fast-paced

Creative mindset with strong storytelling instincts

Self-starter who can take ownership of multiple channels

Passion for gaming, esports, and creator culture

Bonus (Not Required)

Experience working with esports teams or streamers

Thumbnail design skills

On-camera presence or directing talent

Experience scaling channels to 100K+ followers
