HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Develop and optimise global content strategy informed by consumer and media data, and by applying best practices and continuously testing tools, formats, and distribution channels.

  • Lead social media content planning and publishing, and to develop and manage an integrated content calendar.

  • Track and monitor performance against set objectives, particularly in awareness and engagement; analyse user behaviour and refine content marketing and advertising plans accordingly.

  • Establish benchmarks to measure performance, effectiveness, and return on investment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to develop and execute high quality campaigns and co-created content programmes.

  • Keep abreast with industry, cultural, and social trends to ensure timely, relevant, and effective communications.

  • Create, edit, review content and provide guidance and editorial oversight to maintain high‑quality standards and ensure alignment, reflect a consistent brand voice and personality across all content.

  • Develop special content campaigns for mega and targeted sectors.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in content creation and social/digital storytelling, providing guidance, training, and best‑practice sharing.

  • Introduce and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance content creation, distribution, and performance measurement.

  • Manage and control the content development budget, prepare annual marketing plan, budget submissions, and regular tracking and reporting required by government bodies and internal stakeholders.

  • Undertake other duties or special assignments as required.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University degree, preferably in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • At least 12 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within creative environments such as advertising/digital agencies, content creation, publishing, or related fields.

  • In house experience and a proven track record in leading and managing creative teams (e.g. videographers, graphic designers, copywriters) is an advantage.

  • Strong storytelling capability, with the ability to distil complex ideas into clear, compelling, and relatable narratives.

  • Solid knowledge of best practices across social platforms, emerging technologies, and industry trends in video production and digital storytelling.

  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, problem solving mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
