About the Role

In is hiring a highly strategic and hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to support a fast‑growing AI Certification Body (Not-for-Profit) .

This is a blank canvas role where you will build, execute, and optimise the entire digital marketing function—from strategy through to execution.

This is not just social media management. You will own the full customer journey , from awareness to conversion.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the end‑to‑end digital marketing strategy

  • Map full‑funnel journeys: Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retention

  • Identify growth opportunities across all digital channels

Funnel & Systems

  • Build and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels

  • Develop email nurture sequences and lifecycle marketing flows

  • Implement CRM and automation systems (e.g., Go

Level, Hub

Spot, Klaviyo)

Paid Advertising

  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and Linked

In

  • Manage budgets, creative testing, and performance tracking (ROAS, CPA, CPL)

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build and manage campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows

  • Segment audiences and improve engagement across the customer lifecycle

Social Media & Content

  • Oversee content strategy across Linked

In, Instagram, and Tik

Tok (if relevant)

  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high‑performing short‑form and educational content

SEO & Analytics

  • Own SEO roadmap including keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and content planning

  • Track and report on traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI

  • Continuously optimise campaigns and funnels based on performance data
    Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in end‑to‑end digital marketing

  • Proven track record in building funnels, running paid ads, and scaling campaigns

  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRO, and performance marketing

  • Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Linked

In Ads

  • Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hub

Spot, etc.)

  • Familiarity with CRM/automation tools (Go

  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
