Job Overview-

NIIT MTS, is looking for a Marketing Lead, Content and Campaigns with a genuine passion for writing and storytelling to be part of our global marketing team that spans North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. We’re looking for someone who chooses content as a career, not as a fallback.

The position is based in our Gurgaon office. We’re looking for a sharp, imaginative, and versatile Creative Content Writer who can craft compelling narratives that inform, inspire, and engage. From long-form storytelling to snappy social copy, you’ll bring ideas to life across multiple formats and platforms.

You’ll report to Marketing Manager based in Gurgaon and will work closely with the marketing, design, and digital teams to create content that builds brand affinity, drives engagement, and supports business goals.

This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset and storytelling flair especially those who have written for B2B audiences and understand how to balance creativity with business impact.

Educational Qualification

  • Write original, engaging, and on-brand content across channels - blogs, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, video scripts, and more

  • Strategize, write, and visualize end-to-end campaigns - from ideation to execution across multiple touchpoints

  • Turn complex ideas into clear, human, and accessible copy

  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to bring campaigns and concepts to life

  • Contribute to ideation and brainstorm sessions for storytelling

  • Adapt tone and voice across different audience segments and content formats

  • Edit and proofread for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency

  • Stay on top of content trends, audience insights, and platform best practices

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or editorial roles (agency or brand-side)

  • Prior experience in B2B content creation

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio to prove it

  • Ability to write across tones - clever, heartfelt, technical, or professional, as needed

  • Strong understanding of digital content formats, SEO principles, and audience engagement tactics

  • A proactive mindset, creative curiosity, and openness to feedback

  • Proficiency with SEO platforms and CMS systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduates from top-tier business schools with strong written communication skills

  • Strategic thinkers who can connect content to broader business goals

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and customer personas
