Job Description
As a Content Marketing & Social Media Marketing Specialist at Realoq, you will take charge of developing, creating, and managing a cohesive content strategy across various digital platforms. You will oversee the production and distribution of content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media content, ensuring alignment with SEO goals to drive engagement and grow our audience. You will also manage Realoq's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked
In, crafting compelling content, engaging with followers, and executing successful advertising campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, and social media marketing, with proven expertise in driving engagement and audience growth.
Proficiency in content management systems like Word
Press, Drupal, or Joomla.
Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, PPC, and other digital marketing principles.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
Expertise in creating engaging written and visual content for blogs, social media, and websites.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) for creating visual content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor content for different platforms and audiences.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the real estate or technology industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
Developing content for social media platforms
Analysing performance metrics
Monitoring online trends
Staying up-to-date with the latest social media tools and best practices
Identify target audiences and scheduling posts to maximise social media exposure
Creating infographics and other appealing visuals
Writing and reviewing press releases, newsletters, blogs, and other content
Securing social media passwords
Creating and managing lead-generation ads across different platforms.
Meeting with the creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals.
Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
Developing content strategies to reach the desired target audience and marketing goals effectively.
Creating content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
Coordinating with the marketing, design, and writing teams to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
Tracking consumer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations.
Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
