This role is not just about creating contentits about driving business growth. You will be responsible for scaling our inbound engine, increasing organic reach, improving conversion rates, and generating high-intent leads. Your mission is to turn content into a revenue-generating asset that fuels demand and accelerates pipeline velocity.As the Content Marketing Manager, you work closely with marketing, sales, product, and demand generation teams to craft and execute high-impact content strategies that attract, engage, and convert enterprise buyers. Your goal is to position our brand as a thought leader, engage with enterprise audiences, and generate demand that converts into pipeline and revenue.This role requires a strategic thinker, an adept storyteller, and a hands-on executor with experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, demand generation, and SEO-focused content strategies.Roles and Responsibilities
Content-Led Growth Strategy
Own and scale content as a revenue engine, driving measurable impact on MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline velocity.Develop and execute a full-funnel content strategy that fuels demand, increases organic traffic, and improves conversion rates.Create high-impact content across SEO, Linked
In, email marketing, demand generation, and thought leadership.Align content with ICP pain points, buying journey stages, and sales motions to improve lead qualification.High-Impact Content Creation
Build conversion-driven content assets (whitepapers, case studies, industry reports, thought leadership blogs).Develop SEO-focused, long-form content that drives high-intent organic traffic.Create high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture sequences for ABM and enterprise sales.Work with designers, video editors, and external writers to scale high-quality content production.Data-Driven Content Optimization
Set growth KPIs measure, analyze, and iterate on content performance, lead generation, and revenue impact.Optimize content for conversion, including A/B testing headlines, CTAs, and gated content.Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Hub
Spot, Marketo) to refine content and SEO strategies.Implement AI-driven content automation and distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement.Demand Generation & Sales Alignment
Work closely with paid marketing teams to fuel performance marketing campaigns with high-converting content.Enable the sales team with impactful content (pitch decks, one-pagers, objection-handling docs, and sales email sequences).Launch content-driven ABM programs to engage key enterprise accounts.Desired Candidate Profile5-8 years in B2B SaaS content marketing, preferably in a growth-stage startup (Series A/B) or enterprise SaaS company.Proven track record of scaling inbound traffic, driving conversions, and impacting pipeline through content.Deep expertise in SEO, demand generation, and conversion copywriting.Ability to build, execute, and scale a content roadmap that aligns with revenue goals.Experience collaborating with performance marketing, sales, and demand generation teams.Hands-on experience with content management, marketing automation, and analytics tools (Hub
