Your Core Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-impact short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Tik

Tok-style content)

• Research trends, craft hooks, and build compelling storytelling formats

• Manage and publish content across multiple social platforms

• Write engaging captions, optimize hashtags, and schedule posts strategically

• Drive engagement through comments, DMs, and community interaction

• Track performance and continuously optimize content strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Basic video editing skills (Cap

Cut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut)

• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital storytelling

• A mindset to experiment, iterate, and improve consistently

• Self-driven, proactive, and execution-focused (“get things done” attitude)
