About The Role
We're a leading manufacturer of backhoe loaders and construction equipment, with a strong domestic presence and growing international footprint. As we accelerate our digital marketing and brand transformation, we're looking for a Senior Content Strategist to lead the content function — owning strategy, narrative, and execution across all touchpoints.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has built content engines for industrial or B2B brands and knows how to balance technical depth with storytelling that engages dealers, fleet owners, government buyers, and end-users.
What You'll Own
Content strategy across the full funnel — from awareness (brand stories, thought leadership) to consideration (case studies, product comparisons, ROI calculators) to retention (customer success stories, dealer enablement)
Editorial direction for digital channels — website, blog, You
Tube, Linked
In, industry publications, and email
Sales & dealer enablement content — pitch decks, brochures, technical literature, demo scripts, dealer playbooks
Campaign content for product launches, trade shows (Excon, Bauma Conexpo), regional activations, and tender responses
Customer storytelling — turning real fleet owners, contractors, and infra projects into compelling case studies and videos
Content operations — calendar, briefs, workflows, agency management, and TAT for creative delivery
Cross-functional partnership with Demand Gen, Brand, Field & Dealer Marketing, International Business, and Product teams
Performance measurement — content engagement, lead contribution from content, organic search rank, and pipeline impact
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
8–12 years in content strategy / editorial / brand journalism, with at least 3 years in B2B industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or construction equipment
Proven portfolio of content that drove measurable business outcomes — leads, dealer engagement, brand lift, or pipeline
Strong grasp of long-cycle B2B buyer journeys (fleet owners, project buyers, government/PSU procurement)
Experience producing technical content — ability to translate engineering specs into customer-facing stories
Hands-on experience with SEO, content distribution, and modern content stacks (CMS, marketing automation, analytics)
Experience managing creative agencies, freelancers, and in-house teams
Excellent English writing skills; bonus if comfortable in Hindi or regional languages
Nice-to-have:
Prior experience in construction equipment, commercial vehicles, agri-machinery, or capital goods
Video-first storytelling experience (You
Tube growth, branded series, product films)
Experience with international content localization across 3+ markets
Familiarity with dealer ecosystems and channel marketing
Background in journalism, trade publishing, or content for industrial trade shows
