Creative Operations & Social Media Manager

Full-Time | Remote + In-Person Collaboration

A growing marketing and media company is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven professional to lead design execution, client experience, social media strategy, and day-to-day operational excellence.

This is not a traditional design role.

This is a leadership position for someone who can balance strong visual instincts, operational discipline, client communication, and team accountability while helping drive the growth of a fast-moving entrepreneurial business.

The right person is equally comfortable building content, managing projects, communicating with clients, improving systems, and leading talented people toward consistently excellent work.

What You’ll Own:

Brand & Content Leadership

  • Lead the development of high-quality design assets across digital, social, and branded marketing initiatives

  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and client expectations

  • Review, refine, and approve work before final release

  • Provide direction, coaching, and quality control for internal and external contributors

  • Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all brand touchpoints

Design Team Oversight

  • Manage workflow, priorities, and accountability for designers, contractors, and marketing partners

  • Delegate projects effectively while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

  • Conduct design reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback

  • Help identify talent needs as the organization grows

  • Build scalable systems, templates, and processes

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Oversee content strategy across social media channels

  • Build and manage content calendars

  • Guide messaging, content development, and campaign execution

  • Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance

  • Collaborate with leadership on visibility and growth initiatives

Client Experience & Account Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and strategic accounts

  • Lead onboarding, communication, approvals, and ongoing relationship management

  • Gather goals, messaging, assets, and campaign direction

  • Ensure projects stay aligned with expectations, timelines, and deliverables

  • Build trust through proactive communication and consistent follow-through

Operations & Business Support

  • Oversee project workflows, deadlines, and internal production schedules

  • Maintain organized systems, documentation, and CRM records

  • Coordinate approvals, deliverables, and project milestones

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements

  • Support leadership with special projects, team coordination, and growth initiatives

Required Skills

  • Strong graphic design and visual communication skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent professional design tools

  • Social media content strategy and execution

  • Strong project management and organizational ability

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Team leadership and delegation experience

  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts with minimal oversight

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
