Social Media Marketing Associate

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik

Tok.

• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts.

• Manage social media scheduling and publishing.

• Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment and industry trends; adjust strategies accordingly.

• Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost engagement and reach new audiences.

• Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community growth and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience or strong interest in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva and Cap

Cut.

• Familiarity with social media management tools.

• Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of social media advertising best practices.

• Strong photography and video editing skills; experience with video editing software is a plus.

• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft clear, engaging content tailored for various platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
