From OMG to Dorothy’s, Out Out Ibiza to The Cider Press, we operate some of the most unique, busiest, high-energy nightlife venues in the UK. We are now looking for someone to take our social presence to the next level.
This is not a “post and log off” role. We have a number of brands that could easily be rolled out across the UK, and we are looking for someone to join our team with the drive & passion to achieve that.
This is for someone who understands nightlife, lives on social media, and knows how to turn exciting content into packed venues. An upbeat and excited personality is a must with the passion and drive to achieve great things!
What You’ll Be Doing;
You will take ownership of social media across multiple brands, ensuring everything we produce looks sharp, feels current, and drives real results.
Social Ownership
Run day-to-day social media across all venues
Keep channels active, on-brand, and professionally presented
Manage comments, DMs, and engagement with the right tone and speed
Maintain profiles including bios, highlights, pinned posts and visuals
Content Creation
Toks, Stories)
Capture real nightlife moments that feel authentic, not over-produced
Work directly in venue Brand ambassadors to produce great content
Turn everyday trading into content opportunities
Paid Social
Tok
Understand targeting, creative and what drives conversion
Deliver CTR-focused campaigns that translate into footfall
Continuously test, learn and optimise performance
Trends and Ideas
Stay ahead of trends, sounds and formats
Translate trends into venue-ready content quickly
Launch ideas across multiple brands
Understand why content performs, not just replicate it
Engagement and Growth
Increase comments, shares, saves and repeat engagement
Convert online attention into real-world customers
Encourage user-generated content within venues
Use insights to inform and improve future performance
Campaigns and Planning
Own and manage the central marketing and content calendar
Align social content with events, promotions and campaigns
Ensure key dates and moments are executed effectively
Content Operations
Book and brief photographers
Manage content delivery, organisation and storage
Work closely with Brand Ambassadors to elevate content output
What We’re Looking For;
We are not looking for someone who needs constant direction.
Is a self-starter who takes ownership and initiative
Has strong creative instinct and understands what looks good & on brand
Is highly engaged with social media, trends and content
Has experience with both organic and paid social media
Thinks commercially, focusing on footfall and revenue, not just engagement
Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
Desirable:
Experience in nightlife, hospitality or events
Ability to identify and act on trends early
SEO Knowledge
Google ad words
We are not looking for someone to simply manage social media.
We are looking for someone to take ownership, drive growth, and turn social media into a revenue-generating function across the group.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £31,000.00 per year
