Trilingual Copywriting: Craft compelling, high-conversion copy in English and Mandarin (Simplified/Traditional), with the ability to oversee or produce Malay content to ensure localized resonance.
Community Leadership: Set the tone for community interactions, ensuring brand-consistent engagement across all direct messages and comments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our clinical team (Nutritionists/Doctors) to translate complex health data into "snackable," viral-ready educational content.
Analytics & ROI: Track and analyze deep-funnel metrics, using data to pivot strategies and prove social media’s impact on business growth.
Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of the curve on wellness trends and platform algorithm shifts, particularly within the Asian health-tech landscape.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Social Media Management or Content Strategy. Candidates with experience in Health, Wellness, Beauty, or Medical sectors will be prioritized.
Language & Cultural Fluency: Native-level proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is mandatory to manage our primary Xiao

Shu and Corporate Linked
In presence. Proficiency in Malay is highly regarded.
Cut, or Adobe Creative Suite. A "director's eye" for short-form video (Reels/Tik
Tok/XHS) is essential.
Strategic Mindset: You don't just "post" you understand the "why" behind the content and how it drives brand equity.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating trilingual content creation and successful community growth is required.
