Key Responsibilities
Tok, Facebook, XHS), aligned with launches, promotions, and brand campaigns in coordination with the brand, retail, and e-commerce teams.
Write and curate clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content, captions, and CTAs tailored to each platform and audience.
Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and tagged content daily to foster engagement and maintain a positive brand presence — to build community and maintain a warm, positive brand voice.
Stay ahead of social trends, competitor activities, and cultural moments; propose creative ideas that make Boardrider content feel fresh, relevant, and shareable.
Collaborate with designer to produce engaging visual/ video assets (e.g., Reels, Stories, Tik
Tok).
Assist in identifying and managing media, influencer and ambassador relationships, including sourcing and repurposing user-generated content.
Execute seasonal and tactical campaigns, ensuring timely rollout of all content and deliverables.
Track and report on key social media metrics; contribute insights for weekly & monthly performance reviews.
Support live content capture during events, pop-ups, or shoots, including basic photo/video documentation.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital content management, or a related field—preferably in the fashion, sport, lifestyle or retail industry.
Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Tik
Tok, Facebook, You
Tube, XHS), including content formats, audience behaviors, and platform algorithms.
Excellent writing, content curating and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, platform-appropriate captions, and CTAs.
A keen eye for fashion styling, lifestyle aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
Basic photo/video editing skills using tools such as Canva, Cap
Cut, Adobe Express, or similar.
A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and current trends in digital content and youth culture.
Familiarity with scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social).
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Collaborative mindset; able to work cross-functionally with design, content, e-commerce, and retail teams.
Willingness to travel or work flexible hours occasionally during campaign periods or brand events.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment or across different consumer segments (e.g., Fashion, Sports, lifestyle, or retail).
Passion for lifestyle trends, digital trends, emerging platforms, and experimenting with new content formats (e.g., Reels, Tik
Tok trends, interactive stories).
Familiarity with influencer or creator collaboration processes.
Ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging for different brand voices or target audiences
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
