The Blue Collar Wave helps home service business owners grow smarter, improve profitability, and build stronger companies. The company serves contractors in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other trades, as well as coaches and consultants who work in the home services space.

We are hiring a high-level Social Media & Marketing Specialist to support and execute content, marketing, CRM, and lead-generation initiatives across The Blue Collar Wave and Trades

Coach OS. This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy strategic, hands-on marketing work. We are looking for someone who can create content, manage engagement, support email marketing, build CRM workflows, and help turn marketing activity into business opportunities.

As the Social Media & Marketing Specialist, you will manage content creation, social media execution, CRM workflows, email campaigns, newsletters, funnel support, and audience engagement. You will work directly with a growing consulting business that serves home service business owners, and industry coaches. This role requires strong Go High Level CRM experience, excellent written English, strong marketing instincts, and the ability to create content that sounds human, direct, and engaging, not generic or copy/pasted from AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and format high-impact content for Linked

In, Facebook, email, and other platforms

• Repurpose long-form content into social posts, email campaigns, newsletters, and short video clips

• Schedule and publish content consistently across social media platforms

• Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and social interactions to help build relationships and create opportunities

• Produce newsletters and support ongoing email marketing campaigns

• Build and manage workflows inside Go High Level

• Create and manage email campaigns, automations, pipelines, tags, and triggers

• Ensure leads are properly tracked, organized, and followed up with inside the CRM

• Assist with funnel building, lead generation, and marketing campaign execution

• Support Linked

In lead generation and outreach

• Support compliant outbound email campaigns to opt-in or targeted B2B audiences

• Edit short-form videos for social media and email use

• Create clean, professional graphics, thumbnails, and marketing visuals

• Use AI tools to speed up content creation, generate ideas, and improve workflows while still editing and refining the final output

• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, lead flow, and conversion

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Go High Level CRM is required

• Experience with CRM workflows, automations, pipelines, tags, triggers, and lead tracking

• Newsletter production experience

• Email marketing and campaign execution experience

• Social media management and audience engagement experience

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills

• Experience creating content for Linked

In, Facebook, email, and short-form video platforms

• Video editing experience using Cap

Cut or similar tools

• Graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and the ability to improve AI-generated content

• Linked

In lead generation experience preferred

• Funnel building and marketing automation experience preferred

• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to move quickly without constant direction

• Customer service, sales awareness, or business development mindset is a plus

Pay and Benefits

• This is a contractor role, not a U.S. W-2 position

• Remote position. Philippines-based candidates preferred

• Pay: $800 -$1000 USD based on experience.

20-40 hours per week.
