We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and execution-focused Social Media Marketing Manager who can manage multiple brands, create engaging strategies, and drive measurable social media growth.
Role & Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage social media accounts for multiple brands and clients

• Plan monthly social media calendars and campaign strategies

• Publish and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, Linked

In, You

Tube, and other platforms

• Ensure brand consistency across all channels
  Content & Creative Coordination

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams

• Suggest trending reel ideas, viral concepts, and engaging content formats

• Write captions, hooks, CTA copies, and campaign messaging

• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and viral formats
  Performance & Growth

• Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and campaign performance

• Generate leads and improve brand visibility through social media

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

• Optimize content strategies based on analytics
  Client Communication

• Coordinate with clients for approvals and campaign discussions

• Understand client requirements and convert them into social media strategies

• Handle multiple projects efficiently with timelines
  Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Linked

In, and You

Tube

• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools

• Creative mindset with strong communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously

• Understanding of reels, trending audio, and viral content formats

• Basic knowledge of paid ads is an added advantage
