Role Description
This role is for freshers with 6months-2 yrs work ex. It a merges social media management, brand management and project management. This is a client facing role and requires excellent interpersonal skills. But most importantly this role brings the 4Cs of strategy to social media content planning.

You are passionate about how brands are built, interacting with consumers & managing the always-on world of social media. Be ready to get in on the action if something is trending - even if it's on the weekend. And be absolutely obsessed with great content, how social media works, every new feature launch (instagram to T to pinterest) and algorithm tweak. NOTE: This is not a creative role.
Functional KRAs:
Create and manage content calendars for the brand's social media platforms
QC content including posts, videos, and stories created by creative team
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Analyze metrics and create performance reports
Collaborate with client marketing, and internal creative teams
Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions
Oversee paid social media campaigns
Maintain brand voice and guidelines across platforms
Your role will span across Instagram, Linkedin, YT, Twitter, Pinterest
Schedule and manage content posting across various platforms
Manage Instagram DM community
Engage with followers, manage online reputation, and foster community growth
Conduct market research, surveys, consumer interviews
Be open to shooting and featuring yourself in reels
Story reposting and hashtag research
Strategic KRAs
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
Conduct audience research to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and user personas. This includes user research, competition mapping, patterns and segments, insights development and planning acting on the growth plan.
Identify strategic content pillars to grow the brand recall, and brand love
Identify the correct content mix for growth - between boosting, influencers, UGC and hype campaigns
Study the competition brands and develop differentiated strategy that resonates with the consumer
Client management - briefing, timely delivery, drafting strategic briefs for communication requirements, set up process for recurring requirements, meetings
Develop SOPS - Planning & implementing project checklist per client - to ensure error-free, timely deliveries - timelines, interdependencies between teams & client
Qualifications
Work ex of 6 months to maximum 2 yrs. It's a fresher role.
Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
Communication skills with the ability to engage target audiences
Experience in developing content strategies for social media
Social Media Optimization (SMO) knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in brand marketing is a plus
