Job Description

As a Social Media Content Creator at Global HealthX, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand presence of the company within the healthcare ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Social Media Execution:
  • Own day-to-day execution across platforms such as Linked

In, Instagram, You

Tube, Twitter, and more.

  • Publish, manage, and maintain a consistent posting cadence.

  • Track performance metrics and share regular reports with valuable insights.

  • Content Writing & Curation:

  • Write high-quality, platform-native copy across various formats including founder-led content, thought leadership pieces, campaign posts, and brand storytelling.

  • Source content inputs from internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Curate, stitch, and shape raw inputs into compelling narratives.

  • Campaign Execution:

  • Execute social media campaigns end-to-end.

  • Stay updated on successful strategies across platforms and apply them.

  • Support in building and executing content calendars.

  • Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Follow up with founders and internal teams to gather content.

  • Collaborate closely with designers and video editors to bring content to life.

  • Ensure timelines are met and nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Build the Foundation:

  • Help in establishing a consistent and recognizable brand presence for Global HealthX.

  • Contribute to enhancing processes, workflows, and content systems over time.

  • Qualifications Required*:

  • Strong interest and hands-on experience in social media and content creation.

  • Excellent copywriting skills as this role is writing-heavy.

  • Ability to understand what resonates on different platforms.

  • High ownership mentality with strong follow-through.

  • Strong coordination skills to manage inputs and timelines effectively.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and slightly unstructured environment.
