About the Role
MY ARMOR is a growing D2C brand selling across Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website. We're building our social media presence from the ground up and looking for a hands-on executor who can own daily social media operations and influencer collaborations — someone who doesn't just plan, but actually ships content and grows the channels.
This is a build-from-zero role. You'll be the first dedicated person on social media. If you love creating content, building creator relationships, and want to see direct impact of your work — this is for you.
What You'll Do
Social Media Operations
Tube, and other platforms
Ensure timely daily posting — reels, stories, carousels, posts
Write captions, prepare creative briefs, and coordinate with designers for assets
Monitor and respond to comments and DMs — you are the brand's voice online
Track and report weekly performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
Stay on top of algorithm changes, trending audio, and platform best practices
Influencer Marketing
Identify and shortlist relevant micro and macro influencers aligned with our categories
Reach out, negotiate terms (paid and barter), and manage end-to-end campaign execution
Coordinate briefings, content reviews, approvals, posting, and performance tracking
Build and maintain an influencer database with rates, history, and performance data
Develop long-term relationships with top-performing creators
Research & Reporting
Conduct competitor analysis — what's working for other D2C brands on social platforms
Analyse influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, CPM, ROI)
Identify trending creators, formats, and new collaboration opportunities
Prepare weekly performance reports
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
Strong communication in English and Hindi
Hands-on experience with Instagram (Reels, Stories, Carousels) — personal projects or college work counts
Ability to write engaging captions and content briefs
Self-driven and organized — can run a content calendar without daily reminders
Comfortable reaching out to influencers and negotiating deals
Proficiency in Google Sheets
Good-to-Have:
Cut
Experience with influencer platforms (Winkl, Pulpkey, or similar)
Understanding of D2C or e-commerce social media
A personal social media presence that shows content sense
