Use social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar tools for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content. Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments/messages, and actively manage online communities to enhance engagement and brand reputation. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other platform analytics. Research emerging social media trends, formats, tools, and best practices to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Conceptualize and create compelling ad copies, creatives, and campaign ideas for organic and paid social media initiatives. Recommend and implement performance improvements based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Design, Content, Sales, and HR to ensure consistent brand messaging. Take complete ownership of social media deliverables, timelines, and overall performance. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools. Excellent content planning, communication, and coordination skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Experience handling paid social media campaigns. Exposure to employer branding or B2B social media is a plus. Basic understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
